Fred. Olsen Express Launches New Tenerife Freight Transport Service

In March, Fred. Olsen Express revealed the acquisition of two RORO ships for merchandise transportation. Building on the earlier announcement, the company has now confirmed that the anticipated service enhancement, involving the link with the island of Tenerife, will commence operations in November. This new route has been made feasible through the addition of the second vessel, the Bahía Cargo, which bolsters the role of its counterpart, the Bentayga Cargo, operational since May between the islands within the province of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Consequently, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote will be interconnected on a daily basis.
