SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 7 Aug. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The facilities and services of the University of La Laguna will be closed today, Wednesday 7 August, from 9:00 p.m. and will reopen on Monday 26 August at 6:00 a.m. Teaching centres, administrative offices and other facilities and services will not be accessible to the public, and entry will only be permitted in specific cases, such as laboratories conducting experiments that require supervision.
The Rectorate issued a resolution in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands on February 3, declaring non-working days that impact its scheduled closures for the year. However, this resolution does not affect the calculation of time limits for submitting administrative appeals and claims prior to the judicial process against administrative acts of the institution, nor the calculation of judicial time limits.
The Electronic Office, the institutional website and the email system will remain operational. However, the processing of any requests made through these channels will be put on hold until the reopening on August 26.
