An Irish farmer’s heroics on a flight from Manchester
An Irish farmer was one of the heroes on a flight from Manchester headed to Lanzarote. On the Ryanair plane, a drunken passenger added to the list of violent incidents between the UK and Canary Islands in a new chapter of violence.
As reported by The Irish News, 52-year-old Stuart Wilson from Donegal, narrated how he and another passenger acted as “air security” after a young man lost his temper during the journey. According to Wilson, a group of people was vaping and drinking when one of them woke up and “went into a rage.”
The incident occurred about an hour into the more than four-hour flight at the beginning of this month.
Wilson, in an interview with The Sun, detailed how the man was sleeping and upon waking up, started verbally assaulting his partner.
