The Circle of Business Owners and Professionals of Southern Tenerife Raises Concerns Over Court Workload

The Business Owners and Professionals Circle of Southern Tenerife (CEST) has highlighted the “shortcomings of the justice system in the Southern Region.” The Board of Directors has expressed disappointment that public authorities have not addressed the human and material deficiencies and outdated infrastructure to cater to the needs of the court districts of Granadilla de Abona and Arona. These districts handle significant civil and commercial cases, particularly the enforcement of court decisions. The process of executing sentences can be bureaucratically prolonged even after a case is resolved.
