Tomorrow, the town of Saint Andrew will host one of the most special processions in Tenerife in honour of Our Lady of Carmen. The celebrations are part of the town’s patron saint festivities, organised in collaboration with the Anaga district. The day will kick off at 6:00 p.m. with a mass followed by the traditional embarkation of the virgin from the fishermen’s guild.
San Andrés is buzzing with activities as part of its patron saint celebrations. On Saturday, there will be the crowning of the Sea Queens 2024 at Castillo Negro from 7:00 p.m. onwards. The evening will continue with live performances by Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto and Maravy Band, entertaining the crowd from 10:30 p.m. until 3:00 a.m.
On Sunday, the schedule includes a colourful parade starting at 9:00 a.m. along the town’s streets, a water festival running from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., a music performance by La Calle starting at 12:00 p.m., Nueva Línea’s show from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., a spectacular fireworks display at 9:30 p.m., and the evening will wrap up with Lot Acosta playing from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
