The sub-inspectors, police officers, and officers who are starting their service immediately will be assigned to provincial, local, and district police stations, integrating with the rest of the national police officers stationed in various units.

The officers joining the capital of Gran Canaria were welcomed on Friday at the Canary Islands Police Headquarters by the Chief Superintendent, Jesús María Gómez Martín, and the Chief Commissioner of Las Palmas, Francisco Javier Berzal Tejero.

The remaining officers assigned to the province of Las Palmas will be posted to local police stations in Arrecife (12), Puerto del Rosario (11), Maspalomas (19), and Telde (10).
