For all the beer enthusiasts out there, Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the place to be this weekend as it hosts a gathering of the finest beers globally, including a selection of Canarian artisanal products with over 20 taps.

Mark your calendars for Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, as the Santa Cruz World Beer Festival 2024 takes over Plaza de La Alameda. This event offers free admission and brings together music and culinary delights for two days in the capital.

On Friday, 26th July, the beer festival kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and continues until 2:00 a.m. On Saturday, 27th, the festivities run from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Expect a diverse selection of beers at the festival, featuring more than 20 taps showcasing Canarian craft brews, Belgian specialties, and beers from various corners of the globe.

Indulge in international cuisines from food trucks, and for those with dietary restrictions, there will be a dedicated gluten-free area. To add a sweet note to the event, mojitos will be served to complement the celebrations.

Groove to DJ sets and live performances

The event will treat attendees to sets by some of the top DJs in the Canary Islands. Moreover, enjoy a live show by Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto, a prominent band in the region known for their repertoire of international pop and rock classics.

A special feature of the artistic lineup is the debut performance in the Canary Islands of “Bea Miau”, the musical persona of actress and journalist Beatriz Cano, who will present an eclectic mix of indie, pop, rock, and electronic music.

The music extravaganza continues with sets by DJs Beat Creator, Santee, Juana La Cubana, D3lmonte, Eva Olvido, Santy, MCR Selector, Tana Sandoval, and J. Rodríguez.
