The head of the Observatory of Social Rights of the Canary Islands (Odesocan), Emma Colao, has declared today the submission of a formal letter to the Department of Social Welfare of the Government of the Canary Islands, urging for an urgent inspection to be conducted at the Hospital Residence for the Elderly Nuestra Señora de la Concepción in Garachico.
