Once again, Canarian TV renews its agreement with UD Las Palmas, CD Tenerife, and UD Costa Adeje Tenerife Egatesa for the broadcasting of friendly matches during the 2024 pre-season.
In their commitment to sports in the Canary Islands, the regional television will broadcast over ten matches of the main Canarian teams during the months of July and August.
The first friendly of the pre-season will be on Saturday

The friendlies kick off this Saturday, 20th of July, at 09:30 CET with the match between UD Las Palmas and Como 1907 at the Marbella Football Center. The team will stay in the province of Malaga for the next two weeks, facing Al-Sadd (Tuesday 23rd July) and Granada CF (Thursday 25th July). The broadcast of this first pre-season match will be led by José Luis Perdomo with technical comments by Miguel Ángel Valerón.
On the same Saturday, at 20:30 CET, CD Marino will face CD Tenerife at the Antonio Domínguez Stadium in Los Cristianos. The match will be narrated by Dani Álvarez and with comments by Juanma Bethencourt.
On the other hand, the first friendly of Costa Adeje will take place on Sunday 11th of August, at 12:00 CET, against Real Unión de Tenerife at the Tenerife Top Training high-performance center. Televisión Canaria will broadcast the pre-season debut of the Guerreras with narration by Joaquín González and comments by Tamara Blasco.

A summer filled with Canarian football

On Tuesday 23rd July, UD Las Palmas will face Al-Sadd at 18:30 CET at the Banús Football Center, and on Thursday 25th, they will play against Granada CF at 18:00 CET at the Marbella Football Center. Both matches will be narrated by Jesús Izquierdo with technical comments by Miguel Ángel Valerón.
On Friday 26th, CD Tenerife will have their second match at the Ciudad Deportiva Javier Pérez, where the team will face Al Shabab at 18:00 CET. The broadcast will be handled by Kevin Martín and Tamara Blasco.
On Saturday 27th, CD Tenerife will once again play against CD Atlético Paso in the 60th edition of the Trofeo Nuestra Señora del Pino, which can be watched live from 12:00 CET with comments by Dani Álvarez and Tamara Blasco.
The second friendly of the Costa Adeje players will be on Saturday 17th August at 20:00 CET against Real Madrid at the Estadio Municipal Los Cuartos, in Orotava, as part of the Trofeo Teide, with narration and comments by Joaquín González and Tamara Blasco.

During the months of July and August, UD Las Palmas, CD Tenerife, and Costa Adeje Tenerife Egatesa will face Canarian, European, First Division, Qatari, and Saudi Arabian opponents in an intense pre-season that can be followed live on Canarian TV’s TDT signal, on the RTVC website, and on the YouTube channel of the Sports department of the Information Services.
