SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 12 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The persistent fog at Tenerife North Airport has led to the diversion of two flights and the cancellation of over a dozen flights this Friday, according to sources from Aena as reported by Europa Press.
A flight from Seville was redirected to Tenerife South airport, while another one originating from Gran Canaria was forced to return to its departure point.
Aena has confirmed that 13 departures and 16 arrivals have been cancelled due to the weather conditions. However, it also mentioned that the situation is constantly changing, and many other flights are operating as scheduled.
