Accessing Masca by car is prohibited: a shuttle bus fee is required for trail access

The Tenerife Council will begin implementing an eco-tax this Friday for entry to Masca. However, this is just one of the measures the island’s authorities are implementing to ease the congestion in this natural area: all visitors must now use the shuttle bus to reach the trailhead.
