On Tuesday, the Spanish team achieved a 2-1 victory against France in the first semi-final of the Euro 2024 Germany. This match took place at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo scored the goals that led to Spain’s comeback, securing their place in the European Championship final for the fifth time.

Under the guidance of Luis de la Fuente, the team has now set their sights on winning a fourth title. This achievement would be momentous, propelling Spain to the summit of the continental championship leaderboard.

The night was historic for Lamine Yamal, who became the youngest goalscorer in the competition’s history and was named the ‘MVP’ of the match. Dani Olmo also made his mark by scoring in three consecutive games, a record-breaking feat for a Spanish player in the EURO. With six consecutive victories, Spain has now surpassed its previous best performance in the competition.

In the second semi-final held on Wednesday, England overcame the Netherlands with a 2-1 victory, securing their spot in the final in Berlin against Spain. Ollie Watkins scored the decisive goal in the 90th minute.
