The Civil Guard from the Port of Light under the jurisdiction of the Command of Las Palmasin collaboration with the Organic Unit of Judicial Police of the Command of Santa Cruz de Tenerife Tenerifeinitiated an investigation last June involving two females and a male, all residents of Santa Cruz of Tenerife suspected of engaging in a series of thefts and being part of a criminal syndicate that stole apparel and valuables from various stores within the shopping complexes of the Gran Canaria Island.
The incident took place on April 27, as the Civil Guard of the Fiscal and Border Section of the Port of La Luz was conducting a routine inspection at a dock designated for vehicle and passenger arrivals at Puerto de la Luz, where three individuals, intending to board a vessel bound for the Tenerife Island, were identified using a rental car for transportation.
