A substantial pursuit is underway to locate the young Briton Jay Slater in Tenerife. The Civil Guard is conducting this operation today in an attempt to find the tourist who went missing a week and a half ago in the village of Masca. The announcement was made by the communication office of the law enforcement agency to ensure that those involved are present in the specified area early this morning.
Given that it is a rugged, rocky terrain, filled with irregularities and numerous gorges, trails, and pathways, the Civil Guard has sought the assistance of all volunteer organisations that can contribute to this search, which is intended to be conducted in a controlled and organised manner.
