SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 29th June (EUROPA PRESS) –
On Saturday, a wildfire erupted in Ladera del Morro, situated in the Masca region of Buenavista del Norte municipality (Tenerife).
The Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (Cecoes) 112 reported that this area is challenging for ground crews to reach.
Consequently, the Coordination Centre for the Island Operation against Forest Fires (Cecopin) has deployed two aerial units.
Additionally, the Canarian Government has reminded that the islands are on high alert due to the forest fire risk.
