Two Crashes Lead to Major Traffic Congestion on the TF-1 and Result in Six People Injured



The Emergency Service in the Canary Islands (SUC) has provided assistance to six individuals affected by two road accidents that occurred on Wednesday on the TF-1 as it runs through Arona, specifically at kilometre markers 72 and 73.

The six individuals sustained minor injuries, with three of them being transferred to different hospitals, as reported by 1-1-2.

Both accidents have caused “significant traffic delays” on this route, according to 1-1-2.

Alongside medical resources, the Tenerife Firefighters, Civil Guard, and road services were involved in the response efforts.

During the early hours, another road incident occurred in Tenerife, specifically on the TF-620 route in the Los Roques area, in Fasnia.

A 35-year-old man sustained injuries including back trauma and multiple moderate bruises, were evacuated to La Candelaria Hospital for treatment.
