Confirmation has been received from the British authorities that the body discovered near a river in York a week ago belongs to Seth Jiménez Martín, the young man from Tenerife who went missing on February 24, as informed by the family on Wednesday.
“With heavy hearts, we must share the most tragic news we never wanted to deliver. Words fail to convey the grief and sorrow we are experiencing at this moment,” expressed the family in a statement.
“Seth was more than a son, brother, and friend; he illuminated our lives, leaving a lasting impact on all who were fortunate to know him. His absence has left an irreplaceable void,” the statement further read.
