When it comes to filming, the Canary Islands are a popular choice, not only for movies but also for television series. While ‘Weiss & Morales’ is currently being filmed in Gran Canaria, starring Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Tenerife is stepping up its game by hosting the filming of ‘Under a volcano’, which has brought the soap opera heartthrob, William Levy, to the island.
William Levy, the 43-year-old Cuban actor, is no stranger to the Canary Islands. In fact, he also filmed ‘Montecristo’ in Tenerife back in 2022. ‘Montecristo’ is a story inspired by Alexandre Dumas’ famous revenge novel, ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’.
