The Canary Islands Housing Institute (Icavi) has put out to tender the construction of 11 public housing units in La Jurada, in Granadilla de Abona (Tenerife).
This project has been declared urgent through the decree-law of urgent measures in housing, which will allow a halving of the legally established deadlines, as detailed in a statement by the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Mobility.
The project will have a base tender budget of €1,641,781.49, divided over three years, with a 24-month execution period.

Interested companies can submit their bids through the Public Sector Contracting Platform until the 24th of June 2024.
