The renovation project for the northeast breakwater at Las Teresitas beach, with a budget of €2,385,819 for the replacement of missing blocks in specific areas, aims to restore the promenade for beachgoers, allowing them to walk along the breakwater safely.
The commencement of these renovations, situated towards the end of the bathing area on the Santa Cruz coastline, has fenced off more than half of the plot frequently used for parking, where Satocan company’s machinery is stationed, responsible for the dock improvement project. Additionally, swimming and access to the beach are prohibited in the cove adjacent to the breakwater.
