An incident of fire broke out at a rural property in Tenerife on Sunday leading to the emission of significant smoke. The fire was reported in the San Matías vicinity.
By 2:00 p.m. this Sunday, the 1-1-2 Emergency Coordination Center had confirmed that the response units were actively engaged at the site.
The Local Police in La Laguna has informed that the fire situation has been successfully managed and extinguished. “Only physical damage has been reported in the surrounding area and in a storage facility within a residential property.”
The visibility of smoke was noticeable from the southern highway.
