The Santa Cruz City Council and the Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands (Fauca), in collaboration with the Development Society, are launching the fourth edition of the consumer vouchers with the aim of stimulating the economy and supporting local businesses.
A total of 31,030 cards will be available to residents, with 25,500 allocated for use in commerce and restaurants across the five districts, and 5,530 designated specifically for La Rosa Street, an area affected by ongoing road works, as announced by the mayor, José Manuel Bermudez.
Carmen Pérez, the CEO of the Development Society, mentioned that “businesses can now register until November 15 through the website www.bonoconsumosantacruz.com, where the vouchers can also be purchased starting June 13 and redeemed until November 15.”
The vouchers for retail and restaurant purchases are priced at 15 euros for a 25 euro purchase, while the La Rosa vouchers cost 6.25 euros for a 25 euro purchase.
