Man Injured by Toppled Tree in García Sanabria Park, Santa Cruz Tenerife


An individual sustained injuries on Tuesday from a tree that fell in García Sanabria Park, situated in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

At 12:59 p.m., the emergency services were informed, indicating that a person had been struck by a large tree and was in need of medical attention.

The Canary Islands Emergency Service promptly dispatched a basic life support ambulance to the scene, and the Santa Cruz Local Police were also alerted.

Updates shared on social media by the emergency service confirm the assistance provided to the injured individual, along with the activation of other local resources.

Additionally, a photograph of the incident has been released, showing the fallen tree and the injured person in close proximity to the terrace adjacent to the flower clock in García Sanabria Park.
