The town of Los Realejos concludes a month of traditions and festivities with its annual procession in honour of San Isidro Labrador and Santa María de la Cabeza. The streets of the historic centre of this northern town were once again alive this Sunday, as locals and visitors came together to bring colour to the event. More than 80 carts from various local groups partook in decorating the day, complemented by favourable weather conditions as the scorching heat gave way to a more pleasant day, allowing attendees to enjoy music and dancing.
