Tragic Accident Claims Life of 41-Year-Old Motorcyclist in Guía de Isora

In the municipality of Guía de Isora in Tenerife, a tragic incident occurred on Sunday resulting in the death of a 41-year-old motorcyclist who collided with a vehicle.

The Government of the Canary Islands’ Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 received a distress call at 9:43 a.m. reporting a collision between a motorcycle and a car on Avenida Isora.

Emergency services were promptly activated by 1-1-2. Ambulance personnel from the basic life support unit were dispatched with the medical team from the health centre to attend to the situation. They provided care to a 19-year-old young man with minor wrist injuries, transporting him to the hospital for further treatment.

The medical team also attended to the other motorcyclist, a 41-year-old individual, who had suffered severe chest injuries. Initially taken to Hospiten Sur for treatment, tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.

The Local Police filed the necessary report following the incident.
