SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 19th May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
An incident occurred this Saturday afternoon when a driver collided with a wall on TF-28, located in the municipality of Arona, Tenerife. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 112.
Firefighters from the Tenerife Consortium promptly intervened to extricate the driver from the car, allowing the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) to provide assistance.
The driver sustained multiple contusions and a severe head injury, resulting in her evacuation via a basic life support ambulance to the Hospital del Sur.
Subsequently, the Civil Guard authorities carried out the necessary procedures.
