Passengers of the Tenerife tram have reported encountering unpleasant situations while travelling. Though such instances are rare due to the presence of a security service on board, the tram administration has decided to address all its users.
In a recent announcement on its official Tenerife tram account, they have highlighted the availability of intercoms within the carriages for real-time assistance. These intercoms are not only accessible in case of intimidation or feeling unsafe but also in the event of a medical emergency during your journey.
Furthermore, these intercoms are also conveniently located at various stops along the route.
