A traffic incident yesterday morning on the Autopista del Sur (TF-1), in Arona, Tenerife, resulted in injuries for four individuals aged between 30 and 41, according to information from the Coordinating Center of Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Among the injured were a 35-year-old female with moderate head injuries, a 40-year-old male with neck pain, a 41-year-old male with chest trauma, and a 30-year-old female with leg abrasions.
The incident took place at approximately 4:30 a.m., following a report to the 1-1-2 emergency service about a collision between two vehicles at kilometer 66 of the TF-1, necessitating medical attention for the occupants. Emergency response resources were promptly deployed by Cecoes.
Emergency personnel treated a total of six individuals at the accident site, with four being transported to Hospital del Sur, Hospitén Quirón, and Hospitén Sur. The Civil Guard filed a report, while Firefighters secured the vehicles and assisted other emergency services. Road maintenance crews cleaned up the area.
