Flight Disruptions in Tenerife | Tenerife South Airport Faces Diversions due to Madeira’s Weather

The weather conditions have forced several flights bound for Madeira to be diverted for safety reasons to Tenerife South. Images from the air traffic controllers show the various flights entering from the south of the island.

It is unknown whether this is a temporary situation or if it will continue throughout Friday. The Tenerife airport is operating normally thanks to the coordination of all involved groups providing support to Madeira’s airport.
