SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 18th April (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Tenerife tram’s Line 1 service will undergo modifications next Saturday due to a protest planned to take place at Plaza Weyler. The demonstration will lead to the suspension of tram services from La Paz towards the Interchange.

According to Metrotenerife, starting at 11:00 a.m., trams on Line 1 will only operate between the La Trinidad and La Paz stops. The trams will follow the regular weekend schedule and frequencies.

Consequently, the Weyler, Teatro Guimerá, Fundación, and Intercambiador de Santa Cruz stops will not be in operation. Once authorized by the Santa Cruz Local Police, normal tram services on Line 1 will resume.

Information regarding these changes will be communicated through the Tenerife Tram’s social media channels.
