An individual aged 73 has been admitted to hospital in a severe state after experiencing a motorcycle incident on the TF-24 motorway, located in the municipality of La Orotava, Tenerife, according to reports from the Coordinating Centre for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The incident took place at approximately 12:40 p.m., when the 1-1-2 emergency call centre received a notification concerning the fall of a motorcyclist on the aforementioned route, prompting Cecoes to promptly activate the necessary emergency resources.
Personnel from the SUC ambulance service assessed the motorcyclist, who was attended to by medical staff from an SUC medical helicopter. Following stabilization, he was evacuated in a critical state to the helipad of the Ntra. Sra de Candelaria University Hospital. Traffic on the road was managed by the Civil Guard, who also prepared the relevant report.
