Several dozens of supporters of Cruz Cafuné spent two to three nights camping on the esplanade adjacent to the Fairgrounds in Santa Cruz de Tenerife where the concert that closed Cruz Cafuné’s tour, Me Muevo con Dios, was held on Saturday night. In front of more than 13,000 people, according to the organization, the artist did not disappoint his audience, although many found it too short given the expectation generated.
However, since yesterday afternoon, when the “camp” of those queuing to enter the facilities was dismantled, social media began to criticize the uncivil behavior of many of them who, after spending many hours on the esplanade with umbrellas, chairs, and tents, left everything in a mess. They took their belongings, but left behind bags of leftover food, cans, bottles, and more. Why bother picking it up, right?

On social media, several X and TikTok users have criticized the behaviour of some of these followers, because to be fair, some did pick up the waste they generated, but the majority did not.

However, some of those who felt targeted responded that “more bins are needed” outside the Fairgrounds, especially at times when a large number of people are expected to attend.
