Severe Injury to a Motorcyclist in a 5-meter Plunge in Granadilla de Abona


A man aged 72 sustained severe injuries following a road accident where he veered off with his motorcycle and plummeted down a 5-meter slope along the TF-21 highway, close to Cruz de Tea, in Granadilla de Abona.

Emergency responders from the Tenerife Fire Department successfully rescued the injured individual and conveyed him to the Canarian Emergency Service ambulance stationed at the location. Medical professionals diagnosed him with multiple severe injuries, prompting his evacuation via ambulance to La Candelaria Hospital.

Civil Guard officers were responsible for overseeing the necessary procedures.
