Sea Island Terrace, a renowned nightlife spot in Tenerife’s capital situated in Cabo Llanos de Santa Cruz, was forced to shut down in October 2021 due to an outstanding tax debt exceeding 250,000 euros, leading to its permanent closure and license revocation.
Back in 2012, the company was granted permission to operate as a Summer terrace. Over the years, it hosted numerous events and parties, establishing itself as a key hub for the island’s nightlife scene.
In a video shared on TikTok by user @giiiselle__, the interior of the premises was revealed to be in a state of utter neglect after more than two years of closure. The main entrance, now forcibly accessible, displays a deteriorated space in ruins and seemingly vandalised.

In the comments, other users reminisced about the “memorable moments” they had experienced at the venue, expressing regret over its current state and hoping for a new purpose to be found for the abandoned space.
