Current information suggests that the likely culprits were “some young individuals who threw gasoline and ignited the fires,” with residents from the building opposite being the ones who alerted and notified the authorities.
The incident took place during the Los Cristianos International Carnival festivities, and due to their close proximity to the event site, these motorcycles were targeted by an act of vandalism “for entertainment”, as mentioned by the video’s creator.
