SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 13th March (EUROPA PRESS) –
The parliament of the Canary Islands, composed of seven different groups, has put forward a total of 184 proposed resolutions that will be voted on during the conclusive day of discussions about the State of Canarian Nationality in 2024. The session is set to commence this Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
Nueva Canarias, PSOE and VOX have presented the maximum allowable number of resolution proposals, with each group submitting 46. On the other hand, CC, PP, ASG and AHI have collaborated on a joint proposal of 46 points.
With the exception of a few technical aspects, all 184 resolutions have been deemed pertinent to the topics under discussion, in compliance with article 188.4 of the Chamber’s Regulations, as indicated in a statement from the Parliament.
During this final day of discussions on the State of Canarian Nationality, each group will have a single 30-minute slot to advocate for or present their stance on the proposed resolutions. The resolutions will be addressed in the order they were submitted, starting with NC, followed by CC, PP, ASG, AHI, VOX, and finally PSOE.
