It secures the 32nd spot out of 163 countries assessed. On a European scale, Spain ranks 23rd, surpassing countries like Italy, France, and the United Kingdom.

Per the aforementioned report, some of the safest Spanish cities include Albacete, San Cristóbal de la Laguna, Palencia, Ourense, and Saint Sebastian.
