SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 6th March (EUROPA PRESS) –
In an incident today in Granadilla de Abona, Tenerife, a female and a 23-year-old male have been hurt in a road accident, according to the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The occurrence took place just before 1:00 p.m., when a notification was received by the 1-1-2 operations room regarding the collision of multiple vehicles, prompting Cecoes to immediately mobilise essential emergency services.
Upon arrival at the location, personnel from the Fire Consortium secured the damaged vehicles, extracted one occupant and a foreign national from the vehicle using a spinal board for transportation to the ambulance.
At the scene, SUC staff attended to the two individuals involved, who were then taken to Hospiten Sur University Hospital upon experiencing mild neck discomfort, without any further complications. Local law enforcement managed traffic flow on the route and prepared the necessary records.
