Quad accident in Tenerife leaves two individuals injured, one in serious condition



In an incident involving a quad in the south of Tenerife, a woman sustained serious injuries on Sunday, while a man suffered minor injuries.

The Canary Islands Government’s Emergency and Security Coordination Centre 1-1-2 informed that the accident occurred at approximately 11:14 a.m. on the TF-82 highway, near the entrance to the Ramallo ravine, in Guía de Isora municipality.

The 25-year-old woman sustained severe fractures in her ankle and wrist and was subsequently transported by a Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) ambulance to Hospital del Sur. A 30-year-old man, also involved in the accident, received treatment for minor injuries at the same medical facility.
