At sea, there will be northeast winds of force 4 or 5, increasing to 5 or 6 later, in the northwest and east, and 3 or 4 in the northeast. Slight to moderate seas, increasing to moderate to rough seas. On the west coast, variable winds of force 1 to 3 and smooth seas. Northwest swell of 1 to 2 meters.
