A 26-year-old woman of Polish descent has suffered severe injuries after her motorcycle collided with a car while passing through Icod de los Vinos, in Tenerife, as per the report from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of 112 of the Canary Islands.
The incident took place on Tuesday afternoon, on the TF-82 road, within the aforementioned municipality. Upon the arrival of the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) personnel, it was discovered that the victim had sustained serious multiple trauma to the chest and lower extremities, and she was subsequently transferred by ambulance to the Canary Islands University Hospital.
The road service members of the Cabildo de Tenerife were also present at the scene, responsible for clearing and preparing the road. Additionally, the Civil Guard officers managed the traffic on the road and conducted the necessary formalities.
