The Tacoronte City Council and the awarded company formalised the contract for the management and revitalisation service of the Naranjos de Luz Occupational Centre, for a period of two years and a total amount of 540,664 euros. The signing ceremony was attended by the Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Social Services, José Caro; the councillor for Finance and Contracting, Eduardo Dávila; the councillor for Human Resources, Raquel Torres; the representative of the awarded company, Celeste Reyes; and the Naranjos de Luz technician, Juan Tomás Arvelo.
Quavitae Canarias SL will now be responsible for developing the portfolio of services and care linked to the personal development program for the users of the centre, located in the La Luz neighbourhood. Among the commitments made is the drafting of a Vocational Integration Plan for the resource’s users with functional diversity, as well as the implementation of an in-house hairdressing and pedicure service.
