On Wednesday, the skies will be generally clear, with occasional intervals of calima on the western coasts of Canary Islands. The presence of calima will be light and will diminish by the afternoon, and the temperatures will not undergo significant changes, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

The wind will blow gently from variable directions on the coasts, while in the highlands, it will be moderate from the south, veering to the northwest with occasional strong intervals, more intense in the high peaks of Tenerife.

As for the sea conditions, the wind will generally blow with a force of 2 or 3, occasionally from the east or northeast with a force of 4. There will be slight to moderate waves, locally rough in certain points of the archipelago, and a northwesterly swell of around two meters in height.

This is the island-specific forecast for Wednesday:

Mostly clear skies, with some cloudy intervals on the west coast in the afternoon. Light calima in general. Maximum temperatures slightly to moderately decreasing on the west side, with few changes elsewhere, so temperatures of up to 30 ºC could still be reached in inland areas.
