SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 11th February (EUROPA PRESS) –
A hiker sustained moderate injuries after a fall in the ravine at the municipality of Los Silos (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (Cecoes) 112.
The GES helicopter was dispatched to the location, and the rescuers descended from the aircraft, reached the injured person, and airlifted him to the La Guancha helipad for further transfer.
The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) was present at the helipad, where the man received treatment for a moderate lower limb injury and was then transported by a basic life support ambulance to the Hospital del Norte.
