Experience the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival on the streets and what better way to enjoy it than by utilizing the public transport. This will help avoid traffic congestion and parking issues while enhancing safety during the festivities. For those opting for bus travel, Titsa has implemented a special arrangement, which includes certain changes.
Passengers of buses 014 and 015 should note that from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Carnival days, these buses will be stationed outside the terminal, in the main hall area, in front of the courts. The service during these hours will not be available from inside the station, as is customary.
Titsa will introduce a special reinforcement plan for the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival, resulting in an increase of over 272,000 available seats for bus travel. The company will operate 4,200 additional journeys from February 9 to 18, including the urban service within Santa Cruz.
In order to align their services with the public transport demand, the company has decided to enhance 19 routes connecting Santa Cruz de Tenerife with various parts of the island.
Operating Hours
The Santa Cruz and La Laguna Interchanges will observe special timings. They will remain open for 24 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Carnival Monday.
Additionally, on February 11, 13, and 14, they will remain open until 3:00 a.m. On the concluding Sunday of Carnival, February 18, the closing time will be at midnight.
Reinforcements for Carnival Nights from Santa Cruz de Tenerife
The company has established special services for lines 014 and 015, connecting Santa Cruz de Tenerife with La Laguna throughout the night.
During nighttime, the following lines will experience significant reinforcements:

Reinforcements for the Day Carnival and the Coso
Dur ing the celebrations of the Day Carnival and the Coso, Titsa also reinforces its services.
On Sunday, February 11, and Saturday, February 17, lines 014, 015, 102, 112, 120, 122, 128, 906, 908, 934, 936, and 232 will operate with additional support on weekdays.
Similarly, 10, 104, 108, 112, 111, 231, 233, 363, 418, 467, and 473 will add trips to their regular schedules.
On these days, line 104, offering reinforcements during Carnival, will not pass through the La Laguna Interchange in either direction.
On Tuesday, February 13, the day of the Coso, lines 014, 015, 102, 10, 112, 120, 122, 128, 232, 906, 908, 934, and 936 will operate with additional support.
Lines 50, 104, 108, 111, 231, 233, 363, 418, 467, 473, 935, and 972 will also have additional trips.
Reinforcements for the Burial of La Sardina
Titsa has devised a special plan for the Burial of the Sardine, taking place on Wednesday, February 14. Consequently, the company will reinforce lines 014, 015, 050, 232, 120, 122, 128, 232, 233, 908, and 934.
