An individual sustains injuries following collision with tram in Tenerife

A 62-year-old man has suffered moderate multiple contusions after being struck by the Tenerife tram. The incident, as per the reports from the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of the Government of the Canary Islands, took place at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Bravo Murillo Avenue in Santa Cruz.

A call was received by 1-1-2 and the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) was mobilised, with their personnel providing treatment to the individual and transporting him by ambulance to the San Juan de Dios Clinic.

Local Police officers conducted the necessary procedures.
