Titsa, the Tenerife Interurban Transport company, owned by the Cabildo de Tenerife, will implement a special reinforcement plan for the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival. This will increase the available bus seats by over 272,000 during the period from February 9 to 18, including the urban service in Santa Cruz.
In response to the demand for public transport, the company will reinforce 19 lines connecting Santa Cruz de Tenerife with various points on the island.
Moreover, the Santa Cruz and La Laguna Interchanges will have extended operating hours, remaining open 24 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Carnival Monday. Additionally, on February 11, 13, and 14, they will be operational until 3:00 a.m. And on the last Sunday of the carnival, February 18, they will close at 12:00 p.m.

Enhanced Services for Carnival Nights
The company has introduced special nighttime services on lines 014 and 015, connecting Santa Cruz de Tenerife with La Laguna.
During the night, lines 102 (Santa Cruz-Puerto de la Cruz with stops), 104 (Santa Cruz-Tacoronte-La Orotava), 108 (Los Realejos-Santa Cruz Link) will notably have increased service. To the south, lines 10 (Santa Cruz, San Isidro, South Airport), 112 (Santa Cruz; Los Cristianos), 111 (Santa Cruz, Costa Adeje with stops), and 711 (Santa Cruz-Costa Adeje at night) will also see reinforcement.
Additionally, lines 120 and 128 (Santa Cruz-Güímar), 122 Santa Cruz – Candelaria 050 (La Laguna-Punta del Hidalgo), as well as the Santa Cruz urban lines 232, 908, 933, 934, 939, 972, and 975 will be reinforced.
Enhanced Services for Day Carnival and the Coso
Titsa will also enhance its operations during the Day Carnival and the Coso celebratory dates.
On Sunday, February 11, and Saturday, February 17, several lines will operate with added trips. Similarly, other lines will have additional trips to their usual operations.
On Tuesday, February 13, the date of the Coso, several lines will operate with reinforced schedules and additional trips.
Enhanced Services for the Burial of La Sardina
Titsa has prepared a special plan for the Burial of the Sardine on Wednesday, February 14. The company will reinforce several lines on this day.
Safe Bus Travel
Titsa has devised a security plan at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna Interchanges, in coordination with the State Security Forces and health emergency systems. This aims to monitor and assist in the boarding tasks of travelers, ensuring the correct and safe operation of the service.
