The Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) recently appointed Julio Jesús García-Pérez Fernández as the new territorial delegate for the Canary Islands, effective from January 1.
Possessing an Economics degree from the University of La Laguna and a master’s degree in Business Taxation from the Autonomous University of Madrid, the incoming delegate brings a strong educational background to the role.
Garcia-Pérez has gained extensive experience in the domains of taxation, accounting, and financial guidance for SMEs and microenterprises through his independent practice, and has been associated with the Balanual office since 2016.
A member of AEDAF since 2004, García-Pérez also holds memberships with the Official Registry of Account Auditors (ROAC), the College of Economists of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the Registry of Tax Advisory Economists, and the Illustrious College of Commercial Owners of Santa Cruz from Tenerife.
