In recent times, the ambition to secure suitable housing without compromising a significant portion of one’s income has become the goal for many individuals seeking rental properties. However, for many, this goal seems unachievable, as they are either compelled to share accommodation or allocate a substantial part of their earnings to afford a roof over their head. Numerous rental property listings are deemed unsatisfactory due to their poor value for money, one of which is located in Costa Adeje, in Tenerife.
“Perfect for programmers and developers” is the description provided in the advert on the renowned property rental website Idealistic. This “zulo”, as it has been labelled by many on social media, is situated in The Americas, the primary tourist hub in the south of Tenerife. “The ocean and the beach of Troy are only a five-minute walk away. Additionally, there are several nightclubs and numerous hotels nearby. The National Police station is just 2 minutes away,” the advertisement continues, also stating that parking is available, at least, free of charge.
The property is located on the ground floor and spans approximately 15 square meters, of which 12 are utilizable. Within this space, there is a bathroom and a terrace. The property comes furnished and faces south.
Regarding amenities, “there is a Hyperdyne 10 minutes away” and Siam Park “is a 10-minute walk.”
There is a patio shared by three owners at the property. The windows facing the patio “are soundproof and fitted with heavy blinds that can be closed at any time. This ensures a dark room during the day,” as specified by the tenant.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and “induction cooker, a water filtration system, refrigerator, and washing machine,” as mentioned.
The complex where the property is situated features a swimming pool.
