Binter currently operates flights to Madrid from Gran Canaria and Tenerife. The inaugural flights took place on February 1st. Alfonso Cabello, the Deputy Minister of the Presidency of the Government of the Canary Islands, shared his thoughts on the new routes after being on one of the two flights. Luis Martin, the General Director of Tourism and Hospitality of the Community of Madrid, and Jessica de Leon, the Minister of Tourism and Employment of the Government of the Canary Islands, also provided their feedback. Jessica de Leon also recounted an anecdote from her flight.
